At Urban Wear Designs, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Personalized Items
All personalized products, including items with custom initials, names, or numbers, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The incorrect personalization was applied due to our error.
- You received the wrong product.
Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@urbanweardesigns.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can quickly make it right.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color for an eligible item, please request a return first. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our mistake or a defective product.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Returned items must still meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
