Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that personalized items may require additional processing time.

FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75

Shipping costs are calculated before taxes and after any discounts.

Estimated Delivery

After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States.

Total delivery time is generally:

Processing: 1–3 business days
Shipping: 3–5 business days

Estimated total: 4–8 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package's delivery status.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

Urban Wear Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us at info@urbanweardesigns.com, and we'll gladly help.

Personalized Products

Personalized products are custom-made specifically for your order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error in the personalization.
